★Day 1/100★ - Clean Eating Challenge


Hello everyone!
It is my 1st day of my clean eating challenge!
Intake & Exercise for Day 1


-Breakfast-

- 2 small bananas
- A big glass of water and cherry concentrate mix together (yummy!)


- Lunch -

- 2 slices of sprouted grain bread
- Egg whites
- pesto

- Dinner -

I wasn't that hungry for dinner. 
  • (-^□^-)


 - Snacks -
- Homemade vegan coconut bacon (it is soooo good!)

- Exercise -
I walked 4.71 miles with my mom.
