♥ Day 9/100 - Clean Eating Challenge


Day 9 of 100 of my clean eating challenge!

- Breakfast -

I didn't eat breakfast because I woke up to late.

 - Lunch -

- Potatoes roasted in vegetable broth
- Leftover cold fish (This was so good together!)

- Dinner -
My family went to sushi for dinner.
- 4 pieces of nigiri with salmon on top and brown rice on the bottom
- Small cup of miso soup

 Dessert -

Since it is Friday I get dessert! I get sweets. Yay!
- Some almond ice cream dream bites


- Snacks -
- A honey crisp with peanut butter

Day 8/100 - Clean Eating Challenge


Intake & Exercise for day 8 of my 100 day clean eating challenge!

- Breakfast -

I didn't eat breakfast again! I'm just not a breakfast person.

 - Lunch -

- Organic ramen ( It was a different kind than yesterday. And it wasn't that good so I only had half.)

- Dinner -

- Smoothie made of: 2 bananas, blend fresh protein powder, and blend fresh yellow powder.

-Snacks-

- 2 apples with peanut butter

- Exercise -
I went on a walk with my mom and her friend, we walked 5 miles.

Day 7/100 - Clean Eating Challenge




Here is my intake & exercise for day 7 of 100:

- Breakfast -

- One slice of spouted grain bread
- Pesto

-Lunch-

- Organic jade ramen (This was my first time having this. It was so good!)


- Dinner -
- 1 cara cara orange (This type of orange is my favorite.)

-Snacks-
- My mom went to a movie and brought back popcorn. And my dad and I couldn't control our self over the movie pop corn . 


-Exercise-
        I was being lazy! yay! (・∀・)/

Day 6/100 - Clean Eating Challenge


So today my mom and I went on a day trip. First we went to a home school field trip. But that was not what I was excited about. I was excited about, I was excited about shopping! But the stores were closed! So I was really grumpy on the ride back home. (。>0<。)


-Breakfast-
I didn't eat my breakfast because I wasn't that hungry and I was busy, busy, busy.

-Lunch -
My mom and I went to this super good vegan and vegetarian restaurant after field trip  
panini with: tomato, spinach, mozzarella, and chick'n ( beyond meat product) 
- Homemade fries with salt and pepper
- Homemade Lebanese fries (so good!)




- Dinner - 
 I didn't eat because my stomach hurt really bad from the heavy about food.

- Snacks-
- Dark chocolate covered cashews
These hurt my stomach so much. 

- Exercise -
I walked 3.10 miles.

Day 5/100 - Clean Eating Challenge


Intake & Exercise for day 5 of my 100 day clean eating challenge! 
-Breakfast-

- 1 bowl of oatmeal
- 1 piece of California toast with pesto 

 -Lunch-

I didn't really eat lunch because I was exercising.

-Dinner-

- 1 honey crisp apple
- some golden berries or gooseberries 
- homemade mint tea

- Snacks -
I'm so disappointed at myself.
- A little bite of peanut butter 
- Blue corn chips 
-Exercise-
Today wrote myself a workout program. This took me about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
280 jumping jacks 
110 crunches
20 tricep dips
20 lunges (each leg)
220 Russian twists 
20 standing calf raises 
30 second plank 
10 lung spilt jump
5 jump squats 
45 second superman 
15 burpees 

At the end of the day I walked a total of 1.50 miles.

Day 4/100 - Clean Eating Challenge


Intake & Exercise for Day 4 of my 100 day clean eating challenge!
- Breakfast -

For breakfast I decided I wanted to fast because I was saving my appetite for a little party with some yummy homemade healthy food. 

- Lunch -
At the little party I had:
- homemade mint tea
- Spinach Quiche (so good!)
- 1 piece of asparagus 
- Sorbet made of beets, apples, oranges, and turmeric 
- A little bite of mago ice cream with raw caramel 
- avocado chocolate pudding with blood orange, goji berries, and golden berries on top
↓ This is the sorbet  

- Dinner - 

For dinner I wanted something light because I was still a little bit full from my lunch.
- Homemade Mint tea 
- Golden berries 
- Frozen berries (Frozen berries and tea go so good together)




- Snacks-
I felt like I was snacking all day because I was eating little bites of almost everything.

- Exercise -
I walked for about 1.50 miles.

Day 3/100 - Clean Eating Challenge


Intake & Exercise for Day 4 of my 100 day clean eating challenge!
- Breakfast -
 I woke up around twelve in the afternoon so it was a bite late for breakfast.

- Lunch -

- 1 gigantic honey crisp apple
Evolution strawberry lemonade 


- Dinner - 

- 4 pieces of nigiri with salmon on top and brown rice on the bottom
- Small cup of miso soup

- Snacks -
- homemade  roasted chickpeas
- roasted potatoes (Leftovers) 

- Exercise -
I have been really tired lately. But I am definitely  going to do something active tomorrow!

☀ Day 2/100 ☁ - Clean Eating Challenge

It is my 2nd day of my clean eating challenge! So far things have been going smooth and I feel great!

Intake & Exercise for Day 2

-Breakfast-

- Cup of pumpkin tea with coconut milk


- Lunch -

I was not that hungry for lunch so I had something small.
- 7 whole wheat & honey fig bars (From Whole Foods in the bulk bins.)
- Evolution strawberry lemonade (so yummy!)


- Dinner -

-  Homemade vegan Caesar salad
-  A few roasted potatoes (my dad was having some)


- Dessert -

Since it is Friday I get dessert! On the Weekend (Friday and Saturday) I get sweets. Yay!
- Some almond ice cream


- Snacks -
I was not in a snacking mood today.



- Exercise -
I didn't exercise today because I wasn't feeling super great and I woke kinda late.

★Day 1/100★ - Clean Eating Challenge


Hello everyone!
It is my 1st day of my clean eating challenge!
Intake & Exercise for Day 1


-Breakfast-

- 2 small bananas
- A big glass of water and cherry concentrate mix together (yummy!)


- Lunch -

- 2 slices of sprouted grain bread
- Egg whites
- pesto

- Dinner -

I wasn't that hungry for dinner.

 - Snacks -
- Homemade vegan coconut bacon (it is soooo good!)

- Exercise -
I walked 4.71 miles with my mom.

100 Day Clean Eating

Reading the title, you might think what the heck is this challenge that I want to put myself through for 100 days and WHY!?

Well, let me explain to you. This challenge is all about clean eating and it is very simple to understand:

For 100 days, I'm not eating 
1) Chicken, pork, and beef  
2) Fried or sugary
3) Dairy 

I am allowed to eat
- Veggies
- Fruits
- fish
- Healthy fats found in avocado & nuts 
- Whole grains such as brown rice 
- Egg whites

     So as you can see, this is not a "fad diet" as "diets" are not considered to be healthy or a long time solution. What I'm doing is changing what I am eating to be more healthy and...I really, REALLY want to let go of wanting to eat bread, dairy, and sweets!

      I thought about keeping this challenge a secret for me, but then I realized that it'd be super fun to share healthy recipes & fitness tips with you guys! Also, I'm keeping a diary for every day, yes, EVERY DAY of my 100 Day Clean Eating Challenge, so I can show you that it is indeed possible to eat healthy even when you are traveling, studying for a test, stressed, going to an event with lots of yummy stuff & you're tempted, blah blah blah!
